Traffic Forecasting Assumptions for Proposed Development on Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Agreement on traffic forecasting assumptions to be used to assess impacts of CanalSide Commons, a proposed 850,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development, as required to ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act as well as minimum performance standards required by the Cape Cod Regional Policy Plan (RPP).

Facilitation training for highway and road designers and engineers in conjunction with the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution.

Transportation Planning Process

Mediated creation of governance document for transportation planning organization for Eastern Massachusetts. The Boston MPO, composed of 17 government agencies including federal, state, regional, and local government entities, is responsible for programming approximately $120 million annually in road, bridge, and transit projects and the $14 billion central artery project.
